Now I have built a project based on MPC5744B, want to realize the calibration function, and then found that MPC574XX supports OverlayRAM function. After consulting the data sheet, it was found that the Flash memory base address it indicated was reserved on the chip. The specific address is as follows.

On the microcontroller, the only overlay RAM target available is system RAM array0 (0x40000000 – 0x4003FFFF). There are no restrictions within that range.
PFlash calibration remap to RAM
Flash Arrays 0x0{8,9,A}--_---- P0, P1
System RAM 0x40{0,1}-_---- P0, P1
