Destructive reset

Why is the sw jumping to memory location 0x00000000 after a destructive reset in MPC5643L instead of Init_HW ?

Also, I'm not able to get out of a destructive reset, how do I do it

the after reset the device will start at boot address specified in your RCHW.

Hmm what do you mean by not able to get out of destructive reset? You see permanent reset on device or what?
