Hi Team , 

             i have been facing below issue while flashing the target. could you please let me know possible solution.

debug port fail
CO:0 JTAGID=0x099F801D
Warning: CO:0 Timeout while waiting for boot ROM execution finished (SOCDATA1=0x00000000)
CO:0 SYStem.Up with SYStem.Option ResBreak OFF:
CO:0 Invalid OSR(0x000) from core 0. Try again with longer SYStem.Option WaitReset time (currently 10us)
CO:0 error: received invalid OSR while core running (0x000)
