thanks for your reply.and i have one doubt? DSPI DSI Alternate Serialization Data Register (DSPI_ASDR) what is the use of it?

It'll be rather for developing purpose. It should allow user to develop DSI SPI example without influence of eMIOS/eTPU application. I don't see any specific production usage.
