Compiling MCAL example for MPC5748G with gnu powerpc-eabi

Hi,

I'm trying to run the MCAL example on a MPC5748G Dev Kit Board. It seems that the MCAL example is only configurable for the Green Hills or WindRiver Compiler. 

Is it possible to run the MCAL example with the standard GNU Compiler (powerpc-eabi) from the S32 Design Studio installation?

Has anyone already run MCAL or AutosarOS with the powerpc-eabi compiler on the MPC5748G? (launch.bat etc. configured)

Hi,

MCAL is officially tested for GreenHills and Windriver compilers.

ok, so no chance to run it with other compilers.... would be too much hustle than simply get a GrennHills/Windriver compiler and everything (makefile, scripts, examples) is already working.
