FCCU triggers the reset even tough the FCCU_NCFS_CFG of NCF[27-31] is set to no action when i change the corresponding CMU_HFREFR,CMU_LFREFR to limits of frequency.

Reset does not happens when i change all FCCU_NCFS_CFG[0-5] to  zero --> no action

Assume all CMU_CME is enabled and upper limit and lower limit also set.

Could you specify about which device and which CMUs are you talking.
As CMUs can have different behaviors.

I AM USING MPC5744P

and CMU_0,CMU_1,CMU_2,CMU_3 is enabled and HFREFR,LFREFR value is set.

case 1:when i change the value out of range in debugger when NCF[25-31] is set to rest in FCCU_NCFS_CFGX register ---->reset happens.

case 2:when i change the value out of range in debugger when NCF[25-31] is set to No Action in FCCU_NCFS_CFGX register ---->reset happens.

case 3:when i change the value out of range in debugger when  all the NCF[0-74] is set to No Action in all of the  FCCU_NCFS_CFGX register ---->No reset happens.

case 1 and case 3 is expected but case 2 behaviour is strange .
