can you describe more info for your test? Do you run some NXP demo example on NXP board or what?
Generally, do you have FlexCAN TX/RX pins properly initialized? Are TX/RX pins connected to active transceiver on terminated bus? Do you see any error detected (see ESR/ECR registers)?
