"Bit is reserved,and must not be writeen or cleared,Value must remain 1."
If the bit with the above description is changed to 0 by the software, what effect might it have?

Usually incorrect setting reserved bits can produce unpredictable behavior. Often these bits are used for different testing on the factory.
