Best MPC5746R IDE?

Hi,

So our team used to use the MPC5634m as our mcu. However, its resources cannot meet the specifications for our new project. So we are planning to upgrade to the MPC5746R.

We were using the CodeWarrior IDE as our main development tool. However, according to the website, there is not a version of CW which supports the development of MPC5746R. So I am wondering if my information is accurate, and which IDE is the most cost-effective for the MPC5746R development?

I believe you could use S32 Design Studio IDE|NXP . IDE is Eclipse based and uses GDB for debugging.

Of course there is always option to use only the toolchain for building, other IDE/text editor by your preference to write the code and external debugger... From my personal experience (on MPC5748G), GreenHills compiler/IDE + Lauterbach debugger gives better user experience, but costs much, much more.
