Hi, currently I am working on setting up benchmark between microcontrollers (based on Powerpc). So I would like to know, if anyone can provide me some documentation showing in detail, what factors are most important to be considered for benchmarking?

Peripherals,
Memory banks
Plus, if someone could provide algorithms that will be lot helpful.
