What is the performance of the on-chip FLASH and RAM?

2ns listing - tripped the Assumed answer flag, and couldn't reset to this still being an open question....

Hi,

flash memory requires two wait states for read (RWSC parameter):

SRAM memory requires 1 wait state for system clock higher than 60MHz.

Then I would recommend this application note:

It shows how to optimize the settings to get maximum performance (enabling of cache, prefetch…).
