Are SPC5748GSMMJ6 and SPC5748GGK1MMJ6 interchangeable?

Hi all, 

I am using an MPC574XG-MB EVB with SPC5748GSMMJ6. 

I would like to know whether I can use SPC5748GGK1MMJ6 in place of SPC5748GSMMJ6. One difference is that SPC5748GSMMJ6 has HSM whereas SPC5748GGK1MMJ6 has CAN FD and 2nd Ethernet.

Both of them are of same cut 1N81M.
