i.MX8Mimi LPDDR4 ZQ0 and ZQ1 ZQ calibration reference design

Hi,

I find file SPF31399, R6 is DNP; another file SPF47712 is same, the MT53D512M32D2DS is dual die, So, should 240-ohm resistors be placed R6?

Which vision is the latest?

MT53D512M32D2DS will EOL, we wanted to replace it to MT53E1G32D2FW, may I ask which parts of the hardware need to be modified? Or is it completely compatible without the need to modify the PCB?

No need to connect R6. One ZQ calibration resistance is fine.
