I recommend considering the MCXA or MCXN series, as they are NXP's latest mainstream MCU families and are actively promoted for new designs.

These devices can meet all of your requirements except for the dedicated 3×3 matrix keyboard controller. However, this functionality can be implemented using GPIOs in software.
