Request for Memory Map of MIMXRT1176 EVKB

Hello,

I’m currently working on a project using the MIMXRT1176 EVKB board and would like to get a detailed memory map for this device.
Could you please provide documentation or guidance on:

• The complete memory layout (ITCM, DTCM, OCRAM, external flash, SDRAM, etc.)

• Address ranges for each memory region

• Any differences in memory mapping between the CM7 and CM4 cores

Having this information will help me configure linker files and memory sections properly in MCUXpresso IDE.

These describe shared memory accessible by the CM7 and CM4 cores.
