I hope this message finds you well. I have some technical questions about the NXP MCXN546 microcontroller and would appreciate your insights on the following:

  1. GPIO as Hardware External Interrupt
    Could you please specify which GPIOs on the MCXN546 microcontroller can function as hardware external interrupts? Additionally, if hardware support for external interrupts is limited, is there a recommended software approach for configuring GPIOs to act as external interrupts?

  2. Flexcomm UART Baud Rate
    Is any Flexcomm UART capable of supporting a baud rate of 921,600? If so, I would appreciate guidance on maintaining stable operation at this high rate.

  3. Programming via UART in ISP Mode
    In ISP mode, how does a new MCXN546 microcontroller determine which Flexcomm instance is designated as UART for programming purposes? Any documentation or guidance on this process would be highly valuable.

  4. Examples for Timers and Watchdog
    I am looking for example code related to timers and the watchdog feature. To the best of my knowledge, such examples aren’t available in the current SDK. Could you point me to any resources or provide sample implementations that illustrate the use of timers and watchdogs effectively?

    Could you provide an example for the MCXN546 using FreeRTOS with multiple tasks and peripherals within a single application? Any demonstration that combines multiple peripherals and tasks would be very helpful.
