Microcontrollers with eTPUs and EBI

Currently use the MPC5777C for engine control using eTPU.

What other microcontrollers are available that have both eTPU and EBI (or similar) in a smaller package to the MPC5777C?

Also need to know longevity of each device, as needs to extend into 2030 and beyond.

In Apps Note AN14655 page 49/60 it states that there are Cadence schematic symbols available for the S32K396 as attachments to the document, but I cannot locate them. I also did a search on the NXP website and can't find them!

Are there Reference Design schematics and symbols available?
