I would like to know the MCXC143VFT's Exposed Pad connection for circuit schematic diagram.

I think the exposed pad connect to GND.

Could you please inform it.

The MCXC143VFT comes in a QFN package with an exposed pad. You're right, the exposed pad should be connected to GND. For more detailed information, please refer to EB806.fm, which explains the exposed pad's function and connection.
