QSPi Deep Power-Down

Hi,

i have a K81 with QSPI and want to enter deep power-down of QSPI Flash but do not get it to work.

So my questions are:

Is there an example for the K81 POS Tower or for a Kinetis MCU with QSPI in general?

May it be better to do this without the QSPI module?

i'am using the SDK for  TWR-POS-K81 (2.3) and the QSPI works, but i never get the deep power-down for the Flash chip to work. So i'am searching for a example how to configure the LUT table.

Hi,

We had dedicate KSDK package for TWR-POS-K81 which is under NDA. So for your case, if you are not for specific to the Point-of-Sale enablement for the TWR-POS-K81 board, you may use the examples for TWR-K80F150M or FRDM-K82F board in the mainline KSDK release.

I also attaching the sample code for K80 QSPI for your reference.
