when debug the demo project " frdmk64f_demo_apps_lwip_lwip_httpsrv_freertos " 

if set a break point or suspend, it will error show as picture 

for other project is OK, what shall I do?

Not sure, but I would remove all breakpoints, maybe this helps?

What about the step debug ? Please use the Quickstart Panel to have a try :

And you'd better change to another new workspace .

I have test on my side, it can work well, if still can't work well, please take screenshots about the steps you do.
