Hello,
I have built the hello world example and rpmsg_ping_pong example with the gnu embedded toolchain. I am now using an Segger J-Link and tested the debugging with a GDB server.
Now I want to debug it with a GUI, is that possible with the MCUxpresso IDE? I imported the project and tried to "Debug As > Segger J-Link Probes", selected the Segger and the hello_world.elf file. After that the Error "Unable to perform operation: project build failed!" occured. I tried to find help in the MCUXpresso IDE Userguide, but I haven't found anything, or have I possibly over-read something and there are instructions? And is there also a way to use the sdk together with the IDE?
Thanks in advance for your help

refer to the release note of SDK 10.0
Development tools
The MCUXpresso SDK is compiled and tested with these development tools:
• GCC ARM Embedded, version is 10-2020-q4-major
• IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM, version is 9.10.2
so current SDK doesn't support MCUXpresso IDE, only GCC and IAR
what SDK version do you use for imx8mq?
Hello, is there any new information on the subject?
