MCXC444 cant debug, SWD configuration

before it worked like normal, suddenly i cant debug the mcxc444 and no swd devices detected. is there any solution i can do solve this?

You can Open GUI Flash Tool.

Enable "Mass Erase" and attempt a full erase of the chip. This often clears corrupted flash or stuck states.
