LPC55(S)x Cap Bank using MCUXpresso IDE

Regarding AN13057 and the LCP55S28:

When using the MCUXpresso IDE (11.5.1 or 11.6.0) clock tool, how do you set the cap banks for both the 16Mhz and 32 KHz crystals?

Since clock_config.c is generated from the tool, I assume that manually adding the calls to POWER_Xtal32khzCapabankTrim(..) and POWER_Xtal16mhzCapabankTrim(..) is not recommended.

I have checked the clock config tool, yes, it doesn't include this , we only can add by manual.
