How to select QSPI flash for RT1050 in MCUXpresso IDE v11.7.0 and J-Link v7.84a?

Hi NXP,

I use RT1050 with QSPI flash, and how to change the MCUXpresso setting to use QSPI flash?

I have read the following document in segger web site, but how to do in MCUXpresso IDE?

Hi,

RT-UFL needs to modify JLinkDevices.xml

"就是把 \RT-UFL-1.0\algo\SEGGER\JLink_Vxxx 路径下的全部文件拷贝覆盖到 \SEGGER\JLink_V686f\ 目录下即可"

I can not find JLinkDevices.xml in J-Link v7.84a, so I doubt it can work with new J-Link version.

Can NXP give another solution for this issue when MCUXpresso IDE update? Since NXP always suggest to use latest IDE and SDK.

Hi, Yes, v7.84a hasn't JlinkDevices.xml. But that's no problem. Just copy it.
