My customer reporting that suddenly purple colored "Debug" start button has disappeared.
They need to start debug with a green colored "debug" button and select "debug as" with Link Server.
What do you think is the cause of the problem?
Even though it disappeared, they can debug with the green colored debug button.
However, they said it is not a good, not comfortable for them.

Check that you are in the 'Develop' Perspective:
Otherwise, check if the toolbar is enabled in the perspective:
