Communication Error with IDE Pin/Clock config

MCUXspresso IDE 10.1.x.  When selecting the pin/clock config icon, it attempts to open, but fails with "Communication error. check the connectivity to the internet and repeat again".

I have:

-disabled firewall

-added host 104.45.223.9 to network connectivity in general settings.

Still does not work?  Any ideas?

The part I was using is not supported, so that is the type of error it throws.  Thanks for the reply!

I am also facing the same problem that you had mentioned regarding communication error. What action u had taken to solve the problem? I am using the board 'TWR-KM34Z75M'

The issue had to do with the selected part number.  After selecting correct one, it worked for me.

could you please specify, what processor/board are you using? Can you try with different one? e.g. MK02FN128xxx10.
