program for SDHC or USB

hi i am using MCUXpresso for kanetis k64, i have program based on varying voltages, currents and impedances. to use FREEMASTER. my question is how do I program to save the data that FREEMASTER gives me on the SDHC or USB port? examples.

Hi,

As my understanding, FreeMaster tool is the parameters(currents and impedance) data receiver, which using GUI panel shows those parameter values.

The parameters data source is from K64 ADC module channels sampling value.
