i.MX RT 1050 pin mapping tool

Hi we are attempting to do a pin mapping exercise for the i.MX RT 1050 which NXP tool chain will support development? We found the SDK but not sure what to do with it at this point in reference to pin mapping.

MCUXpresso toolchains for i.MX RT 1050 support GCC ARM Embedded, IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM and Keil MDK .
