No compatible probes available

I have a FRDM-KE02Z40M board.  It uses OpenSDA V1.  I have not been able to find any way to download the board, either release or debug, without coming up against this error message.  I am under Windows 10.  The USB port is shown as working OK in the device manager, and the Explorer view of the board is as described in the OPENSDAUG.pdf documentation.

What do I have to do to download this board?

As we talked in the case:

Please download the latest OpenSDA Firmware (MSD & Debug)

You need to following the steps descripted in BOOTUPDATEAPP_release_notes.txt and using BOOTUPDATEAPP_Pemicro_v111.SDA update the bootloader to 1.11.
After update the bootloader to 1.11, he need to update the firmware to 1.18 using MSD-DEBUG-FRDM-KE02Z_Pemicro_v118.SDA.
