How can I use the ARM SWO debug feature?

I have an LPCXpresso43S67 board.  How do I get the SWO debug feature working (hardware hookup and what software to use)?

MCUXpresso IDE will work directly with the LPC-Link2 debug probe built in to the LPCXpresso43S67 board to provide SWO output.
