I got this message when trying to download IDE. Is there any problem in my user profile ? and how to mend the problem?

I have created a supporting ticket. The reply is that my company has to sign NDA to get download permission.
Most of my coleagues don't have the same problem in download. Is NDA a must to MCUXpresso download?
