Error erasing EEPROM on COM6 Image is not compatible with chip, loading extension binary into RAM

I use the JN5169 chip for zigbee development.When using this chip to download, appeared afore - mentioned problem, do not know how to solve, still hope predecessors undertake guiding.

Could you please try closing and reopening the Beyond Studio IDE?

If that doesn't work, could you please try restarting your PC? Sometimes the IDE saves some temp files what get cleared when you restart.
