I need help about IIC (use MCUXpresso Config Tools)

I am using the FRDM-MCXN947 development board, and I found that the I2C is not functioning when initializing the lpI2C. My configuration is as shown in the image.1.jpg2.jpg

The configuration I used was based on the demo. Could you please help me check what the issue might be? Thank you.
