MPC5746C: Compiler gnerating different code for HSM and Host core

I am working with MPC5746C Host Core and HSM Core .

Host Core is working perfectly but HSM core is not working as expected.

Reason being assembly code generated is not same .

Host Core is e200z420 and HSM core is e200z0. Due the Core difference ,is there a possibility that assembly code generated is different ??
