How to recover FRDM-K28F

my board fails to load and stuck on DAPLINKBOOT.

how do i recover it's original sw?

note that it is not listed in:

OpenSDA Serial and Debug Adapter|NXP

thank you - but i see all instructions are for other boards (mainly K64F)

K28F is not listed on any of the discussions or the original boot-loader page.

do you where i can find info for the K28F? can i just use K64F instructions?
