Bus error when writing to System RAM area

Hello NXP Team,

I am trying to run a simple SW on the Cortex M4 core on the S32V234-EVB. The problem is that the SW is to big to fit in the Internal TCML region, thus I had to move it to move it to System RAM. However when I do that I am getting it an bus error from the CPU. Is there some register to enable access to SRAM?

Right know we support only the Vision SDK in NXP Model-Based Design Toolbox for Vision and we don't have enough expertise on hardware related problems.

We recommend you to ask about this error in S32 Design Studio community, they should know more about the S32V234 hardware, or create a request at www.nxp.com/support using Support Requests option.
