WillyFog_Milestone_2

For this milestone, the new implemented functionality consists of:

- adding login/logout feature
- enabling an admin user to add new users
- separating devices by users and commands by devices
- adding IR learning functionality for devices which use the Sony protocol
- lighting up a LED while the device is in learning mode
