If using LX2160A-RDB Reference Board, should we need to connect codeWarrrior@TAP to the LX2160A-RDB for system debug ?
I mean, how to use the LX2160A-RDB reference board?
Should we need to use the simulator(code Warrior@TAP) to connect the computer to LX2160-RDB to evaluate LX2160A?
or just need the other cable to connect the computer to LX2160-RDB?
The board is provided fully operational, with latest NXP LSDK firmware installed.
The DB9 shielded serial cable (to connect console to the host PC) is included in the RDB kit.
Pre-built firmware images can be programmed by means of U-Boot using Ethernet (Cat-6 Ethernet cable is included) TFTP to transfer them from host PC.
Of course the CodeWarrior IDE, CodeWarrior TAP and Probe Tip are required for software debugging.
Sorry, the request is not fully clear - please elaborate.
