lx2160 use 1000base

Hi  NXP:
   We want to configure the mode on the LX2160 to specify the network port as 1000base. But I only found the DPC configuration example in the DPAA2 manual. How to configure the kernel device tree.

The DPC file just means that the SerDes lanes, PCS, PHY configuration is all done in Linux as opposed to the MC firmware.
