[ls1028ardb] The firmware built by using flex-builder on Ubuntu Jammy is not able to boot

Hi, 

I am working on ls1028ardb reference board recently, and I have tried to build firmware by using flex-builder in LSDK21.08, I am able to build a working firmware on Ubuntu Focal, but the firmware built on Ubuntu Jammy is not able to boot the device, may I know how do I solve this issue?

The command that I used for building firmware is flex-builder -i mkfw -m ls1028ardb

Please refer to LSDK21.08 page 62 4.1.1 Host system requirements.

Ubuntu 20.04 LT S should be installed on the host machine.
