dpaa2_ethsw dpsw.0: dpsw_reset err -5

1  I define the dpsw in the DPL file,   sometimes our new board start truely,  but sometimes start with error , error  is "dpaa2_ethsw dpsw.0: dpsw_reset err -5".

2 when start with error,  the DPMAC of DPSW  all are down,  and only one eth.

3 attachfile log1 is to start truely, log2 is to error of start
