Restoring LS1021A-IOT

I have a LS1021A-IOT. it is failing to boot:

U-Boot SPL 2021.04+fsl+gae6f725a51 (Dec 08 2021 - 03:51:46 +0000)
Trying to boot from MMC1
No max bus width provided. Assume 8-bit supported.

I would like to restore it either booting from SD card or QSPI?

Where can I find the binaries and how to program them?

You can find the Binary for SD Card for the LS1021A-IoT in the following link:

In the highlighted area of the following image you can find where you can download the BSP for LS1021A-IoT.

due to NXP didn't  develop the software for your Board, please contact with WindRiver or TechNexion in order to get the binaries or BSP for the LS1021a-IoT.
