LX2160-How to reprogram Flash via Codewarrior when SFP fuses been programmed ?

Hi NXP experts,

   Is it possible to connect LX2160 through JTAG if SFP fuses have been programmed, I found below errors when connecting LX2160 via codewarrior. It is OK to connect with SFP fuses unprogrammed with same configuration (RCW or other JTAG configuration).

Is it about fuses burn for secure debug with debug level DELEV=001  - “001, conditionally open via challenge response, without notification”?

To unlock the debug access,  a secure debug response key must be provided.

Which SFP fuses did you program? ITS=1?

Would you please provide the CCS console log.

After connecting to the target board,  CodeWarrior Connection Sever(CCS) will pop up at the right bottom of the Windows task bar, please double click and open it, then type "log v" and connect to the target again, the low level CCS log will be printed in the console, please capture the whole CCS log to me to do more investigation.
