On the QorIQ processors the parallel signals (like DDR interface signals) are matched at pins. The output/input timings are specified at the pins too. For example you can see in the LS1046 data sheet statements like “The parameters are specified at the component pins” or “Available eye for data (MDQ), ECC (MECC), and data mask (MDM) outputs at the pin of the processor.” So if you need to match signal traces you should not take into account die-to-pin lengths in the LS1046A.
I think excel sheet for package lengthes of LS1046A is not public document. So if you definitely need for it you should create request to the technical support.
