LS1043A and family transient response

Hi,

I have a question pertaining more specifically to the 1043A as well as the other LS10XXA devices. The datasheet describes either +50mV/-30mV or +/-30mV on most 1.0V rails for the recommended values. My question specifically is: is this the total range or just the DC variation range. Is there another 30mV for transient variation effectively making this +80mV/-60mV and +/-60mV or is it strictly as described.

It is the total range, transient variation is included.
