our boards are using the on-board DDR 1600MHz （micron）
the weird part is that when we only use single rank（2GB）the board could boot up and normally work ，but when we change to the two ranks （4GB）it print the error shows in the file down below
i have already check the power ，initial timing and reset but i cant find any clue could lead to this
any suggestion？
