ls1043‌ video_adapter‌

My company investigates possible variants of using this platform. One of the possible tasks is displaying dynamic schemes on LCD display.

There is a PCIe slot on this board, which can be possibly used for video adapter. Could you help me in resolving the following issues:

1. Is it possible to use video adapter with this board?

2. What video adapters are compatible with this board?

3. What are the possible variants of getting video stream from this controller?

4. Are there any compatible (generic) video drivers for this platform?

Hello Oleg K,

1. Yes, it's supported.
2. All standard PCIe video adpater.
3. Unlike LS1021A, ls1043 doesn't integrates 2D-ACE or DCU engine.
4. For example for ATI Radeon, the Linux Kernel configuration.
