LS1023 - Stuck at Boot up

Hi Team,

We have developed a custom board with LS1023 processor. some times during bootup its stuck with a message - "Waiting for D_INIT timeout. Memory may not work" (image attached).

Actual scenario is : board turned ON for long time without a CPU fan and a restart will put the board into this state.

One thing we have observed is when the board and Core temperature is low (below 40 C), this is not happening.

What will be the actual cause and how to debug

Could you please share with me a capture of the waveform from DDR_RESET, H_RESET and PORESET when the boot gets stuck and the error appears?
