LS1021A PCIe enablement

Hello NXP,

I have been working on enabling PCIe on LS1021A with Yocto. But the board always booting without PCIE enabled. I have enabled the PCIE config in the kernel as well. What am I missing here to enable PCIE? How do I enable it correctly?

=> pci enum
