     - LS1020A/ LS1022A ERRATA;

     - The product revision of the deployed Cortex A7 such that I can check the ARM core ERRATA as well;

The Errata document is not public.

To get the Errata please create a Technical Case (former Service Request) and provide confirmation that your company has active signed NDA with NXP/Freescale:
